Excellent and friendly customer service from Ingo, he was glad to send color and texture samples and answer our many questions. The blinds are beautiful, fit perfectly in our rather narrow window openings, easy to operate, and the blackout shades really work. They were also easy to install, which we weren’t expecting. Very happy with our blinds!
